Central Parke at Milford is ideally located between Dupont Highway (Route 113) and Walnut Street on the southern edge of Milford, Delaware. Located less than 30 minutes away from Dover and the beach resort areas of Rehoboth and Lewes, this new community will be in the center of the Southern Delaware Region.

Like other Central Parke 55+ Resort Communities, Central Parke at Milford will offer a selection of beautiful homes and a wonderful resort lifestyle that will include a variety of recreational and social opportunities. Central Parke at Milford is in the early planning stages. The City of Milford recently approved the Annexation and Zoning for the community with a unanimous vote! We have now submitted a Planned Unit Residential Development Plan for review by the Planning Commission and City Council.

With the appropriate approvals from the City of Milford, construction on the community may begin in the spring of 2005. The community is expected to open for pre-sales in 2006.
