Dr. Samuel A. Mudd House,
Waldorf
Follow a costumed guide as you’re led through this two-story,
two-part early Victorian frame farmhouse that was home to Dr.
Samuel A. Mudd, the man who examined and treated the leg of
John Wilkes Booth after he assassinated President Lincoln. View
the central structure that was built in 1754 and is furnished
with original and family pieces from the time period.
