BURKE, VA – February 9, 2005. Central Parke® Communities is pleased to announce they received two national awards from the National Association of Home Builders’ (NAHB) Seniors Housing Council at the 2005 International Builders Show held in Orlando, Florida on January 13-16.

Central Parke at Victoria Falls in Laurel, Maryland won a Best of Seniors Housing Platinum Award for Best Community in the early development stages (Large Active Adult Community, 301 to 1,000 homes). The Platinum Award is the highest honor that a community can receive in a category! Central Parke at Victoria Falls was the only Active Adult community in the Mid-Atlantic region to receive this honor. Central Parke Communities also won a Silver Award for Best Direct Mail Piece/Campaign featuring all Central Parke Communities designed by Creating Results, LLC of Occoquan, Virginia. Central Parke Communities is continuing its tradition of award-winning Active Adult communities with these latest awards. Last year, the award-winning developer received two Platinum Awards for The Parke at Ocean Pines, their 55+ community near Ocean City, Maryland.
