2000 Best Active Adult Community:

The Land Development Council of the Homebuilders Association of Maryland, presented an “Award of Excellence” to Slenker Communities, the parent company of Central Parke for The Villas at South River Colony. In 1996, the company started working The Villas and it was Slenker Land’s first Active Adult Community. The company was proud to have industry recognize the tremendous success of The Villas.
