Central Parke Wins Finest for Family Living Award for The Parke at Ocean Pines!

The Parke at Ocean Pines, a Central Parke 55+ Resort Community, received the prestigious, nationally recognized 2002 Finest for Family Living Award for "Special Achievements in an Existing Resort Community."

The Parke is proud to have earned the distinction of being recognized as the best resort community in Maryland, Virginia and D.C.

The award was presented to Central Parke at the 45th Annual Finest for Family Living Awards on October 17th at The Ritz-Carlton in Tyson's Corner, Virginia before a crowd of 2,000 people. Sponsored by the Northern Virginia Building Industry Association and the Maryland National Capital Building Industry Association, the Finest for Family Living Awards recognizes the metropolitan Washington homebuilding companies whose homes have been judged the "best of the best" for design and value by a panel of industry experts. The metropolitan Washington homebuilding market is one of the most competitive markets in the nation. This year, the program received the largest number of entries in its 45 year history.
