CENTRAL PARKE AT VICTORIA FALLS NAMES NEW LIFESTYLE DIRECTOR!


LAUREL , VA. –MAY 16, 2005. Central Parke® Communities is pleased to announce Deborah Stiller has been hired as the new Lifestyle Director for the Private Resort Club at Central Parke at Victoria Falls, Central Parke’s newest Active Adult Community in Laurel, Maryland. Deborah Stiller will manage the activities and clubs at the Resort Club and coordinate excursions, classes and events.
Deborah Stiller brings over 25 years experience in adult education. She received her undergraduate and graduate degrees from the City University of New York. She has a BA in Mass Communication with a minor in Education and a Masters degree in Adult and Community Education. Prior to accepting the position as Lifestyle Director, Deborah was Assistant Executive Director at the Edward A. Myerberg Senior Center in Baltimore. Before that, she served as the Director of Programs at Interages, Inc., an intergenerational resource center in Montgomery County.

“I am delighted to be starting as the new Lifestyle Director at Victoria Falls and I’m looking forward to meeting everyone and planning exciting programs and activities,” said Ms. Stiller. Deborah and her husband Jesse have been married for over 32 years and have two children. In her spare time she enjoys the cultural arts, fitness and travel.

The 13,500 square foot Private Resort Club includes a state-of-the-art Fitness Center, Indoor Lap Pool, Outdoor Pool and Terrace, Grand Room/Auditorium, Library & Business Center, Catering Kitchen, Massage Room, Whirlpool Spa, and Sauna. The Card Room, Billiards and Sports Lounge, Arts & Crafts Studio, and Barbecue Area will provide homeowners with plenty of opportunities to meet their new neighbors. The Private Resort Club is expected to open this summer.

In addition to the Private Resort Club, homeowners will enjoy miles of fitness trails, a magnificent waterfall entry monument, a two-court Tennis Center, Mail Pavilion, one-acre lake, and five community parks. Homeowners will have more time to enjoy all of these great amenities with the Victoria Falls Carefree Maintenance Program. The Program will cover fertilizing and mowing lawns, mulching, cleaning gutters, and shoveling snow, as well as shrub trimming and pesticide maintenance.
