Central Parke®at Colonial Charles Builder Wins Award for Best Design!

Waldorf, MD – November 9, 2006. Central Parke® at Colonial Charles home builder, The Airston Group, won an Award of Merit for their Chatham model at the annual Monument Awards ceremony sponsored by the Maryland National Capital Building Industry Association and the Northern Virginia Building Industry Association. The ceremony was held on November 2, 2006 at the Bethesda Marriott in Bethesda, Maryland. Central Parke® at Colonial Charles is a 55+ Resort community in Charles County, Maryland.
