Waldorf, MD – November 1, 2005. Central Parke® Communities recently hosted an Open House for people interested in their new 55+ resort community, Central Parke at Colonial Charles located in Waldorf, Maryland. The event, held at sister community, Central Parke at Victoria Falls located in Laurel, Maryland celebrated the opening of their new Resort Club.

Central Parke has teamed up with four leading new home builders who will debut new floor plans not built anywhere else. These new floor plans are designed specifically for the Active Adult buyer. The Airston Group will build 84 single family homes; Woodside Communities will offer 80 single family homes and 74 villas; DR Horton will build 103 spacious villas; and Sturbridge Homes will build 125 luxury condominiums with elevators.
