CENTRAL PARKE AT VICTORIA FALLS RESORT CLUB IS NOW OPEN!

Laurel, MD – August 29, 2005. Central Parke® Communities is pleased to announce the opening of the Resort Club, the center of social activity at Victoria Falls. With its distinctive plum color, this private 13,500 square foot facility includes a state-of-the-art Fitness Center, Indoor Lap Pool, Outdoor Pool and Terrace, Grand Room/Auditorium, Library & Business Center, Catering Kitchen, Massage Room, Whirlpool Spa, and Sauna. Michael Harris Homes, offering 112 single-family homes on private cul-de-sacs has sold 47 homes now priced from the mid $500’s. Sturbridge Homes is offering 250 luxurious condominiums with elevator service and private garages. With homes priced from the upper $200’s they currently have 60 sales. All homes will feature one-level living and low maintenance designs.
