CENTRAL PARKE AT VICTORIA FALLS 25% SOLD OUT!

BURKE, VA. – June 22, 2005. Bill Slenker, President of Slenker Land Corporation, announced today that Central Parke at Victoria Falls, their Active Adult community in Laurel, Maryland, is already 25% sold out! Slenker Communities is developing the community under their 55+ Resort Community brand, Central Parke.

According to Mr. Slenker, “The number of new residents is growing precipitously. The community is selling rapidly with sales averaging around 25 per month.” The community features Craftstar Homes, Drees Homes, Sturbridge Homes, and Michael Harris Homes. Craftstar Homes has sold 45 homes featuring 1 and 2-car garage villas priced from the low 300’s.
