CENTRAL PARKE COMMUNITIES ANNOUNCES BUILDERS FOR NEWEST 55+ RESORT COMMUNITY!

BURKE, MD – March 1, 2005. Bill Slenker, President, Central Parke® Communities, announced today the builders for his newest 55+ resort community, Central Parke at Colonial Charles in Waldorf, Maryland. Texas-based DR Horton, the largest home builder in the United States, will build 100 spacious villas; Sturbridge Homes, building luxury homes in Maryland for over 25 years, will build 125 luxury condominiums; Woodside Homes, America’s 29th largest home builder will offer 80 single family homes and 78 villas; and The Airston Group, an award-winning builder based in Northern Virginia, will build 85 single family homes. Central Parke at Colonial Charles will feature 468 homes in a pristine wooded setting.
